The (currently) single product of the Servo family is the software that serves mainly to configure the Exeo PROCEDO System and to archive all the configurations and events recorded by each controller. The Windows-based application can also be used as a monitoring tool and to issue commands directly to the controllers.
Servo ESM is the brain behind the scenes which, although it never takes an active role in delivering services, is present to watch over the entire system and to save all the information generated by the day-to-day activities of users.
It is used initially to send each controller its configuration, and thereafter any time a configuration needs to be updated. On some rare occasions, Servo ESM is also called upon to perform firmware updates of the controllers, modules, and peripherals of the system, an action that requires only a few minutes and never the physical replacement of components.
Most of the time Servo ESM simply collects and archives data in its database; however, the software is well-suited for use by security personnel to monitor access services and command specific services for greater convenience and security, or even for HR applications such as measuring attendance. And should an emergency occur, authorized personnel can use the application to systematically unlock or lock doors, turn off equipments, etc. Servo ESM is a very capable extension of the most flexible integration platform available.
